For blokes who want to move well, feel stronger, and stay capable for the demands of everyday life - at work, on the farm, or at home.

Set in a very 'down to earth' environment, this 50 minute training sessions is designed to build physical strength, mental resilience and overall wellbeing. Each class combines strength, functional movement and conditioning in a space that feels easy going, practical and nothing short of some good quality banter.

Led by an Accredited Exercise Scientist, each session is programmed to suit where you are at and what you want to achieve. Even in a small group setting, the approach is tailored - giving you guidance, challenge and progress that fits your goals.

You'll work hard, enjoy the process and leave feeling stronger in body and mind. Its about looking after yourself and building real world resilience.
