Safe and supportive sessions for Seniors - building strength, balance and mobility to ensure independence, living well and moving freely.

This 50 minute class is created specifically for older adults who want to improve their strength, balance and overall quality of life.

Led by an accredited Exercise Scientist, each class is designed for maintaining independence, falls prevention and building confidence with movement.

This is a safe and supportive environment allows participants to stay active, connected and empowered to enjoy life at every stay - as At The Upton we believe that age is no barrier to living well and moving freely.
